I think the biggest thing we as teachers need to do is not let all the "pressure" bother us. With each year of experience I learn more and more what to let go in one ear and out the other. If you are happy with what you are doing in your classroom, don't let someone else push you into feeling you have to do more and more. You have to feel happy for yourself...we spend most of our day just us and the children...if you give it all you got then be happy with that. We can only try our best and with that we should be proud of ourselves! Don't let others judgement make you feel pressured!
