I want to cheer you up. It is hard, it is not a regular office job. Sometimes it is frustrating. I would like you to know that there are schools, and administrators and parents that appreciate the teacher's effort. Perhaps your school is not a good fit for you. Start now to find a school that fits your philosophy, or has a supportive staff or principal. It will make a difference. They are out there I have seen many in the same school district. Remember to brush it off every night and start fresh and ask for friendly help like you did today. I'll be thinking about you. Good Luck!
