Thanks for the encouragement. I'm pretty sure that the poster "disgusted" is not my "so called friend," but then you never know . . .

As for, have I hurt her feelings . . . I don't think I'll ever know for sure. I have
apologized for a couple of things that were complete misunderstandings on BOTH our parts, and she has never really acknowledged it (or ever apologized for anything herself). As for being outspoken, she is the one who owns that behavior. Something is definitely wrong, but I just don't think I'll ever find out what it is. Since I posted my Vent, I have decided to do just what you've said

-- just go with the flow. I refuse to go to any of our mutual friends and involve them by putting them in the middle, and I have also decided not to discuss anything with my principal (who'd probably think I was just hormonal or something). I am so thankful I have this forum where venting is approved by most -- even if not by one "disgusted" person. Thank you.
