Hey, I can relate to both of you! And, I think you are correct. You can't go to the principal because it would seem that you aren't getting along.

To the first poster, if they don't include you, do you own thing! IF it
involves the students and you miss it, well say, you weren't informed. It's obvious they do't want to meet, so see if they can send an email or a student with a message.

To Left out in the Cold: I hear you. If she is being that petty - I would just go with the flow without her. If she is being distant there must be a reason, though. You might want to check. Are you a very direct person?

Could you have hurt her feelings? We have a teacher on our team who thinks nothing of yelling at us. And, she thinks that she can just be nice to us like nothing has ever happened. Surely you are not this way, but something must have happened. If you can't figure it out, don't worry about it. This happens to everyone in every job. And, if you read the reply below, that just may be your "so called friend" IF so, what a smart ass.
