Left out in the Cold
By Identifying

Clip to ScrapBook
I know the feeling you are describing. I have worked with a teacher "friend" for a great number of years. (We've been "friends" even longer -- before teaching together.) We always cooperated nicely, helping one another
in every aspect of the profession . . . until lately. Now it seems as though everything has become a secret. I never really know what's going on. I won't go into all the details, but after working so closely for so long a time, I am at a loss. I have considered talking to our principal, as you mentioned, but what would I say to him? She won't be my "friend" anymore -- wah, wah, wah.
I am sure he'd think I'd lost touch with reality, and maybe he'd be right. I feel lousy all the time because if this is my "friend," I sure don't need enemies.
