Go For it!!

I am in my 31st year of teaching and see many dynamic teachers at age 40. Yes, go for it! You may not believe it but your experience with nursing and nurturing your own children give you an advantage over younger teachers who arewithout the life experiences you have had. You will be better able to relate to your students parents as well. I think that you will find a better understanding of the educational field than even younger students! You will bring something special into the college level classrooms as well...Get in there and follow your dream!!!!
