    the union rep. in your building? If so, you may have legitimate concerns if people are not fulfilling their contractual duties. These are administrative concerns, not yours. I understand the desire for building moral but I feel you are doing more to cause a rift then these 3 teachers are. Sounds like maybe you are not getting the recognition you feel you deserve for all the hard work and hours you put in so are pointing out the flaws of others to boost yourself. Be very careful. This will probably come back to haunt you. Since your staff is small, I bet the principal already knows who sent the email. It doesn't take them long to figure out the complainers and doers on staff just like we know our students. Perhaps you should move on since you cannot seem to work with others who you feel are not pulling their weight. Good luck finding a school where 100% of the staff are on board 100% of the time. Life happens and we do the best we can.
