Burnout

Angie, I've been teaching 30 years and I still love my job. However, I have experienced burnout. The first time, I changed grades and was rejuvenated and the 2nd time, I changed schools. You have to have change. You need challenges and sometimes an escape from a particular school or situation. Good luck. Remember our jobs are the most difficult yet the most rewarding.
