I actually had to have my whole computer "redone." Our tech guy said that I didn't do a single thing wrong, it just does have some bugs. Actually, when I received my training last January before the new version came out, the trainer told us to wait until summer because they were trying to get rid of the bugs. Hopefully by now, it indeed has become bug-free. It has now successfully been installed on my computer and I do love it (even though it was such a pain in the neck!) Good luck.
