Computer Lab Aide

I understand now about the aide. We've asked for several years for a computer person. We feel the equipment would be better maintained, procedures more efficient, etc. I do understand funding issues, and it is nothing short of a miracle that your district found a technologically capable person for minimum wage. I am sorry to hear about your grading situation. How in the world does a rubric work for putting grades on report cards? It sounds like a nightmare! Maybe you'll wake up and everything will be back to normal . . . . someday . . . .
