I had to do just that this past week. Our entire school district's computer network was infected with a worm virus which was quite severe. I normally take my students to the computer lab three days a week, but I had to scratch that to do other lessons instead. The computer staff and other experts had to debug the computer network and update the computer virus protection, so we were not able to use the computers for a week.
