I just wanted to thank you for your responses. You've helped me to feel like I made the right decision. I couldn't find a "koosh" to purchase, but I found silly putty, and will give that a try. I think my enthusiam and a strong desire to start things off on the right track overwhelmed this boy's parents. I'll have to wait until next Friday to see if I can get things back on track, but at least I don't feel as badly. Thank you to those that took the time to respond!
