Sharing to benefit the kids..not the teacher
By jem

Clip to ScrapBook
To me, the reason you share an idea is for the benefit of the kids! If something you are doing is working out well and your children are growing and learning from it..wouldn't it be in the best interest of ALL the children to share what works so that other children can learn too? I share and I also ask when I need help or see something working well. Some are willing to help, others are not. That's okay.. By now, I know who is willing and who is not apt to share, so I ask accordingly. I also give proper thanks and credit as it is due.
