40 kids and team teaching
By Kesele

Clip to ScrapBook
Hello, Yikes! Ya know, writing really can be therapeutic. After venting here, I gave myself some moments to reflect. I figured that my team teaching partner wasn't trying to trample over me, but was probably doing what needed to be done (as you mentioned in yur reply!). I want to let it go for now, and be more assertive with my ideas. This approach is working so far. BUT...if it is an issue with me again, then I will have to address it with my partner.

We had a good first day of school, by the way!

Yikes, thanks for "listening" to my rant...and I think that you have the sensitivity to help the new teacher feel welcome in the classroom.
