I hear ya. Every year I find out I'm working with a new teacher I just think...Bummer! I have not had good experiences working with new teachers. I've been teaching for 15 years and find the first year teachers to be out to make a name for themselves, don't want to work together, and get totally stressed. Would choose an experienced cohart to work with any day over a new teacher.
