Sympathy

I really don't have any suggestions, but I do sympathize. In the minds of the school officials, you "have" your 45 minutes...that's all they see...looks good on paper. Teacher's are robots that don't require allowances for basic human needs, like going to the bathroom or eating. Other Kdg. and Pre-K teachers understand, though! (I bet other-grade teachers do, too!)
