lunch
By srw

Clip to ScrapBook
A situation like this is a lot easier to talk about than to put into action. I can't image working with someone who has no regard for the other team members. (Especially a new teacher!)

Although it is just a few minutes
that you would be "arguing" over...I think that it is worth it. Not necessarily for the reasons of having a "full lunch time", but to let this teacher know how the rest of you feel, and that she is being selfish.
"Giving in" this time might allow her to have certain expectations about other issues to come.

I would let one person confront her. (You all don't want to seem as though

you are ganging up and attacking her.) Explain to her that she is the only one of the 4 of you who is getting the full time and that often, some one else has to cover her class. Maybe you can work out another schedule. Good luck!
