Are you in a union? I would think that your union rep. could get compensation or credit for you if this is in addition to your contractual days in the building. I know setting up classrooms and working on your class lessons/curriculum are without pay (which I have no problem with)but mandatory meeting outside of the school year seems way off base! Let us know what happens!
