...grade level communication on a regular basis to discuss any issues that come up and call them "support teams" dedicated to problem solving and supporting one another.

An administration that regularly communicates with teachers and staff, and understands their work, through personal interactions, newsletters, cards, feedback other than formal observation times.

An administration that works as hard as their staff. Cut out top heavy administrative staffs that are out of touch, hanging out in offices chatting 1/2 the day, leaving early, taking long lunches, working with doors shut all the time - while their teachers work 50+ hours a week, gobble lunch in 15 minutes, have no opportunities for bathroom breaks, . GET RID OF THOSE PEOPLE - SUCCESSFUL CORPORATIONS DO!

Programs to recognize outstanding supportive administration as well as faculty and other support personnel.

Staff events that promote having fun, bonding, teamwork.

Learning environments that are clean, organized, efficient, and colorful.

Communication breakdown between administration and faculty is always the reason behind morale issues, negativity, and unpleasant school climate and atmospheres.
