team?

Clip to ScrapBook
Hi
I'd invite the principal to sit in on our next team meeting. Take the other working teacher with you to the office and both of you ask the principal to the meeting. Make up some reason why you want her there....feedback?
help being more profesional? think of something...then when it comes to the other subjects that the slackers prepare for bring up the topic and sweetly ask them what is being planned and what their ideas are...now this may make them pretty mad but your principal will see what's what and maybe this would be a wake up call to the other two. It is rocking the boat somewhat but you
need to put your discomfort aside for the good of your children.

The next time a teacher takes your book sweetly ask her/him to sign it out on your sign out sheet so you'll be able to remember who has what when you need it. They may not take anything again if they know they have to sign for it. Just tell them so many people borrow your stuff you have a hard time keeping track so this is your new way of bookkeeping.
