I can understand that you are nervous about that. I don't even want to think about how I would feel in that situation. Bless your heart. You are supported here, you just have to overlook the people who seem to think that

others' problems are not as serious as their own. Unfortunately, teachers face so much junk that we get caught in the syndrome of thinking OUR problems are so much greater, OUR kids are so much worse, and OUR situations are so much dramatic. Girl, you just be the awesome teacher you are and love that little girl. Hey, you could even bribe her by saying that you could tell her some

good stories about her daddy when he was younger. Just kidding!
To the rest of the responses - lighten up. This place is called the Vent! Please let everyone do that!
