I have taught DI for the past 4 years. I was a Coach at my school as well as a facilitator. The only thing I can say is, STICK TO THE SCRIPT!!!! I can almost guarantee you that if you do this, you will feel comfortable by January! It's different yes, BUT IT WORKS!! Our kindergarten children ended the school year in Reading Mastery 2!! I have a daughter (8 years old) who attends a DI school and she is in Reading Mastery 4!! (She reads Harry Potter!!!! Don't give up! Stick to it! Email me if you like for support.
