I think you missed the point somehwere. Women don't have to be teachers anymore because it is one of just a few socially accepted professions. Most teachers now become teachers because they WANT to be. Our problem is not that we don't have a backbone, but that we are passionate about what we do. The truth is, our priorities lie not in how many thank you's we get, or how much money we make, but in the success of our students.
