My best friend teaches another grade in my school. She does great things in her room but must have fan-fare with it. She'll invite the local paper, school board and the principal to things that are part of her curriculum. I personally don't think these activities matter to anyone but the kids. That's the kind of person she is. The rest of the staff just let it go and realize that if we did the same it would be a competion and she's out of our league!
