Advice for young veteran teacher
By RTH

Clip to ScrapBook
From an old veteran teacher:

Maybe you need a mentor.

As a teacher with three years of experience, you have a wealth of knowledge and information to share with the new teachers to your school. It's wonderful that you'll willing to be there for them.

For your own professional concerns and growth, what about seeking out a more experienced veteran teacher at your school or somewhere else in your district that you can talk to for advice and direction? Also, keep coming here to ProTeacher. There are many wonderful experienced teacher who welcome the chance to share their knowledge of teacher through the Internet.

Good luck to all of you this year.
