It's a lot cheaper to hire on the entry level of the pay scale! Experience costs more! Hang in there! Venting is good, but here's something to consider. At least they are looking up to you as an expert. It could be worse. They could have come in with "know-it-all" attitudes that would be very difficult to take as well.
