At my school we 45 minutes duty free lunch. We hire parents to deal with the lunch room and recess duty. Plus, 30minutes to an hour 4 days a week for planning. I have one 15 minute duty every week and a 20 minute every other week. I can't complain too much after reading all the other posts!
