How true that is!!! It was funny to see how another profession dealt with the constant "evaluation process." I try to be the best teacher I can, but sometimes the outside factors of the children hinder their learning. I am hopeful that in time, the school systems around the world will move from "testing" as an evaluation and move toward a more balanced evaluation process (testing, outside factors, etc.)
