motor bikes

This past spring a little 6 or 7 year old was killed riding a motor bike or four wheeler???on his property. I felt bad for the parents but what were they thinking ... letting a child this young child ride. I'm surprised how many youngsters have these vehicles in my area and how young they are. You did the correct thing. There are many stupid parents out there.
