Do you work at my school?

I can't believe it. You could work at my school, the situation is eerily similar. I teach 1st grade. 2 of the "team" members are joined at the hip. They plan everything together, in secret, behind closed doors. Their
rooms are carbon copies of each other. Anyhow, they plan special programs, speakers, etc. all the time. They even brought in a police officer who spent a whole afternoon with their classes. MY kids were upset that they didn't get to sit in the police car. They had a graduation at the end of the year. I asked if they were doing anything special and they told me they weren't. I found

out quite by accident about their plans. One of them left their original invitation to parents in the copy room! I had to plan my own party in less than a week. Mine was better (if I do say so myself). What did the principal say? The other two went to her and complained that I didn't tell them my plans! I was not a team player. The principal came down on ME quite harshly. I hope that next year will be better. I plan to document everything.
