Working Together
By Nunya

Clip to ScrapBook
As team leader for my grade, my principal tells me what we need to work on and allows me to use her as the blame. I can correct things like not sharing on my grade level and say to those individuals that our principal noticed them doing things and no one else doing it. And then I say I had to tell the principal that we knew nothing about that activity until after the fact. These teachers probably think they are "making a name" for themselves as "GREAT" teachers when really, when you are expected to work together and you don't--it makes you look like "TERRIBLE" teachers who don't know how to share. Isn't that a basic kindergarten issue--SHARING? Good luck!
