You so often give such good advice and great lesson ideas too. Seriously, you should, you're a good writer as well. I wish my creative side were as calm as you seem to be. That advice would have been so helpful to me when I was just starting out teaching. I have never taught a regular classroom, and that has its' own set of problems. I hope the new teachers print those guidelines. It is so imprtant to believe in yourself. I just found out that I won a grant for the second year, and I would have never even attempted if I had not learned what I teach my kids and believed in myself .It gave me my self -esteem back, so anything is possible:D
