I believe we're up to 183 days however, our govenor in all his wisdom has changed days to hours so we have to have so many hours per year now not days... Last year at the end of the year we had a fog delay day and missed two hours one morning and then the next day we had a tornado warning and couldn't run the busses so we made up 1 hour of the day before but still had to somehow make up that other hour before the end of the year. We also have mandatory staff inservices that we have to attend per state law. 16 hours worth and if you are going to school to get your Master's degree or just continuing ed you can not use those classes as the inservice classes even though you are learning something new...
