Here's mine...

While teaching 6th grade, the school got a shipment of new chairs - the real tall kind that you sit on in front of the class not the ones that go behind the desk. Well, this one day while I was walking around talking about something I forgot that when you sit in one of these chairs you have to sit all the way back not just on the edge. I sat on the edge of the chair just to rest my feet a moment before taking another lap around the desks. While a student was answering a question I put more weight on the chair and the chair turned over planting me right on the floor! It was like someone pulled the legs out from under it. I got red-faced and laughed. The students laughed and all is lkely to not ever be forgotten!
