I vent here all of the time. I change my name, though, and never use my real name. I also try not to use my real age, grade level, or anything else that anyone I might know might recognize. So many of our situations are similar that nobody could actually point the finger at me if they did see something I vented about, especially if I did change my identity. As far as I know, nobody from my school district reads this site, but you never know. I do want to feel free to express myself. You never can do that at your own workplace without being squashed like a bug.
