Being Anonymous

I have been thinking about my anonymity on this board, and I think what is so great is that it almost becomes a journal. This board is a place where you can write down your real thoughts and feelings without sugar-coating| anything or having to worry about offending anyone that you know. Sometimes I think that I "recognize" others from my school by what they are saying, their initials, or their nicknames, but then I realize that I don't really want to. I look at this board as a source of strength. I don't want personal relationships and histories to get in the way! I like not knowing anyone (although | |
sometimes I would like to meet some of the teachers and thank them personally for all of their support and help). I don't want anyone to know me, because if the wrong person recognizes me then anything can be twisted around and blown out of proportion through gossip at school. Just some thoughts....
