I don't have a problem with our custodians or other staff. I wouldn't know why this would be an issue with anybody. The guys come in at the end of the school day, empty the trash and vacuum the carpet, then they're on their way. They do this quickly and effortlessly. Any other work which is completed is done so when teachers aren't around--painting, moving of furniture, repair work. We (the class and I) don't usually even skip a beat when the custodians come into the classroom to change a light tube or an air-conditioning/heating filter. We just keep going on as if they aren't even there.
