custodian's

I often have the custodian come into my room to clean or do things in the afternoon while I am still there working. He works around me but always ask if I would rather him come back later. We usually end up talking while he does his work which is a nice "break" for me. I'm not sure that I would have the authority to ask him to come back later, but he would out of respect.
