I haven't exactly been in your situation, but a very dear friend was. It is hard to relate socially to someone who is in a very different place in life. I have a great team - very supportive - but we don't socialize together. We do talk and share at school, though, and we all respect each other.

I am not good at resolving conflict, but I would advise you to address the issue of planning (kind of neutral) when it comes up. You could say something like I love your ideas about ___. I wish I could have more planning time with you, I'd like to be able to contribute more, and then offer some possibilities - one afternoon a week, maybe? I'm assuming they are sharing their planning with you. If they're not, then that's a more serious issue, and I don't know how I'd deal with that.

Teachers need each other for support, because when it comes down to it, no one else understands. Most experienced teachers know this. Maybe your team members just don't realize how you feel. I would try to resolve this before it builds up into more of an issue.

Let us know if you can work things out.
