Hi,

I have had friends that were bumped.. but not because of other teachers, etc.. What normally happens here is that the new teachers are hired last, and sometimes projected enrollment is not what was expected and the teacher (new one) is let go because of lower enrollment and she isn't needed. That really (for lack of a better word) sucks, because now this teacher has no job and all others are already filled.. She is stuck without a job..
Unfair or not, that is how it works here..
