wondering too
By Cathy-Dee

Clip to ScrapBook
If I'm reading this correctly, you are out of a job because someone else has bumped you and is now doing your position. I'm also guessing that you are a reading teaching (resource possibly).

I guess my question would be, how do you know it is because someone wants your job?
Do they move into your position and does a new person get hired for their position?
Usually when someone is bumped it's because they are the last hired and a position needs to be cut from the school. It's not great being the last hired and always being the one to go, but it is the only fair policy to use.

It's not easy looking for positions - the job board is busy with posts - but don't give up. If you are good at what you do, there will be a job for you.
