Where I am...

I live in Indiana, but I should also add that I teach in a Catholic school, which makes a difference. They don't pay as well, but even then, a public school teacher in my area with the same number of years teaching behind them makes low to mid $30s.But, I am extremely happy and not the breadwinner of the family, so that makes it all worth it. (That's why I said "just kidding" about moving.) I was just amazed at the difference. Wouldn't it be great if all teachers made over $100,000!!! We are all certainly worth it!
