I sincerely hope we don't bring ourselves to that level. The best thing to do is simply ignore the posts. No reaction will lead to boredom, and eventually the poster will go away. Don't buy into the "I'll get you fired over an issue and then sit back and watch the debate." Let's keep it professional and friendly. Let's stay away from resorting to such tactics.
