I understand everyone's frustration with posters like Ohgetreal, but I'm not comfortable attacking them outright in this manner. If this person was indeed a home-school parent who was very unhappy with the public school system we are just giving her many more reasons why she shouldn't support public schools. And it is people like her who tend to be much more vocal in their communities, etc., If we want respect as educators then we do need to work at it. I think responding to them within a post because we do not agree with them is justifiable. I just hate to think we could be lowering ourselves to their standards.
