Your comment about trying to understand our colleagues was an important one. Too many people are quick to judge others. I am not saying I am not guilty of this too. I am saying that we should attempt to use our heads and not our emotions sometimes. Walking in on a situation may be very different than seeing the incident from beginning to end. And the beginning may have started months before and be impossible to trace. In other words, some of these situations may look very different if we knew a lot more about them.
