I felt the same way in my school. We always did everything together and the same. In 2004 I received my National Board Certification and then in 2005 I got my master's degree in Instructional Technology. Once I had all of that "new" knowledge I was pumped up to make some changes. I didn't make a big deal about what I was doing and I still worked with the 'team' but as they began to see the changes I was making they began to ask me to help them with things. Do what you know is the best for your kids and your class and be available to help out if others choose to follow your lead.
