I agree with CG. Even if you didn't mean it, it did sound like you wanted something for your "big-hearted" generosity. Everyone is entitled to an opinion, and apparently this situation is to emotional for you to look at it through the eyes of someone else. I suggest you take some time to look at things objectively (and without so much hostility) and reflect about your situation. No one takes advantage of you unless you allow them to. Also, sometimes it takes time to click with a class as a whole, even if you have established many personal relationships. Group dynamics is a funny thing. I wish you much peace.
