Maybe I've missed something. What has this poor teacher done to you? She didn't come exactly when you wanted her to. Perhaps it didn't suit. Perhaps you could have said"Ok, if today doesn't suit, when can you come? You say| you want to share resources, but it sounds as if you only want to share if you get something in return. You know why the girl cannot spend as much time in preparation as you can. Perhaps she did not want to come as she had nothing to give you in return. Perhaps all your excellent ideas make her feel inferior. Perhaps she knows that if she took your resources, you would tell the rest of | |
the staff how much you had done and how little she had done. If all of these ideas are wrong, I apologise, but that is how it comes over in your letter. I hope you can feel bighearted enough to offer her at least some resources. If it is going to make you feel resentful, I would agree with the other Michelle that you should keep your resources to yourself. CG
