Similar Situation
By K

Clip to ScrapBook
I am a second year teacher in a similar situation. I work with two other kindergarten teachers. Whenever soemthing comes up that we need to do as a team, there is one of us that does absolutely nothing! She has been in the district 25 years, and I guess feels that she does not need to work as a team on projects with us. It really upsets me. The other K teacher has also been in the district for a long time, and has worked with her for years. She just accepts this, and we do all the work. It isn't fair, but I haven't talked to the principal about this. I don't want to be a "tattle-tale". I guess we just have to end up picking up the slack. It is really a shame that there are teachers like this, but what can be done about it?
