I'm sorry if I put you off. I do recall the posts you mentioned and I understand your point of view. You are right, we Canadians do have our troubles. What I meant was that President Bush seems to have a point to prove, and he's going to prove it at a huge cost to teachers, students, and will set things back rather than promote progress. And he'll do all this without the benefit of "the inside story" from those on the front lines.
I am going to stick to my definition (or Webster's) of venting. I guess we'll have to agree to disagree on that point.
